ABOUT THE GUEST

Jesús Hernandez Mejia is the first in his family to graduate from high school and go to college. He went to Worthington Community College, now Minnesota West Community and Technical College, and earned an Associate of Arts degree. He transferred to Mankato State University, now Minnesota State University Mankato, and earned a BS in Computer Engineering Technology.

 

He has worked in financial aid for several years and is currently the Assistant Dean of Financial Aid at Gustavus Adolphus College. Jesús has worked with the outreach team since 2010. His outreach area includes South Central Minnesota and the Twin Cities. He offers presentations in English and Spanish.
